Ever since I moved to Ames, I have been going to this Midas, and the staff has been always cheaper, quick, professional, and great help. Pricing’s are Pretty reasonable. And today I got amazing help from Noah and the rest of the team working. Definitely going back when I need some car help

After waiting all day on Big O Tires. I called Midas, got an appointment for 15 mins out. Showed up early. Got me in Asap and had my tire fixed within the hour. Definitely recommend midas!!! The guys behind the counter had great conversation and a lot of knowledge on tires and helped me every step of the way!! It was even cheaper too boot. 5 Stars!!!

My first time ever stopping here. I had a flat tire on a hot summer Friday afternoon. They were excellent!! Got me right in, kept me informed of what they found, the time needed to fix it, and the price was a wonderful surprise! Manager was so very nice!! I will absolutely return to this shop!

I came in to get a diagnosis for my car because my AC stopped working. They charged me $202 for a diagnostic ONLY, that’s an insane upcharge from what I’m used to and I’ve been to numerous states. Then when they gave my keys back and I started my car, my engine is making a really strange noise. I told them, they looked at it and said they don’t know what It could be. I came here with one issue, now I’m leaving with 2 problems and down $202. I paid them just to examine my car. Not this bs.

Service was fine. However, they couldn't get my car aligned correctly. The reports they showed said everything was good. I drive the car and the steering wheel is still 10-15 degrees to the right of straight. Overall, Midas does good work. Just have issues with alignments.
